FLORAL GARDEN

Con la primavera mi è venuta voglia di ispirarmi ad un giardino ricamato come questo. Ecco così che il giardino si trasforma in una borsetta porta lavoro da tenersi accanto nelle nostre prime uscite nel tiepido sole primaverile.

Spring is coming finally, after so many cold days ...well, spring inspired me in doing this new design. I finished it as a sweet sewing pocket just perfect for our first stitching in the garden.

MILANO SHOW.

Eccomi eccomi, pensavate che fossi partita di nuovo? Beh sono stata molto occupata nella preparazione di nuovi disegni, adesso il via al confezionamento!!!Intanto ho preso una pausa andando a visitare la splendida mostra della delegazione dell'AIPC di Milano in via Orti 4, vi prego andate ad ammirare queste meraviglie, la mostra si terrà per tutta questa settimana. Fantastica la mostra e sempre estremamente piacevole chiaccherare con le amiche ricamatrici del gruppo milanese. Ancora brave!!

In the meantime I've been in Milan to see 'Milano group show'. Fantastic the show and so nice to talk with such skilled stitchers friends.

BLUE BELL SPRING

Prima di partire per gli States avevo preparato questo disegno in modo da avere qualcosa da ricamare durante il lungo viaggio. Dopo aver visto cose splendide a Nashville, non vedevo l'ora di produrre qualcosa di nuovo utilizzando i recenti acquisti fatti in occassione della fiera. Ecco così che il mio ultimo disegno si è trasformato in questo porta aghi, abbellito dalle simpatiche nuovissime forbici di Kelmscott e il panno fantastico di Miranda Weeks.

Just before my trip to Nashville I desinged "Blue bell spring" in order to have something to stitch during my flight. After seeing such wonderfull things at the market, I could hardly wait to get back home and finishing that design. So I made that needle-case with the very new fantastic Kelmscott scissors and with the wonderfull Miranda Weeks's wool .

NASHVILLE 2010

Carissime, eccomi di ritorno dal mondo incantato del ricamo. Nashville come sempre è stato superlativo, ma soprattutto è stato bellissimo ritrovare le amiche di sempre. Vi presento alcune foto significative che spero vi possano far sognare un pò.
Dear friends, I'm right back from Nashville, and you can imagine how wonderfull it was to be there again with my dearest friends in the magic needlework world of the cross stitch. I hope you'll enjoy a little bit with those scraps of picts taken by me in my very few free moments of the show.

STRAWBERRY for TGOS

LEAVING FOR NASHVILLE

Carissime ancora un post prima della partenza per gli States. Nashville è alle porte si svolgerà il 20-21 febbraio, io parto ora poichè vado a fare visita ad amici americani prima di recarmi al più famoso Needlework market dell'anno.

Quelle che vedete sono le foto del mio album, è un piccolo catalogo che racchiude i disegni che ho realizzato fino ad ora. Ho in mente nuovi disegni e certamente Nashville mi darà ancora molte ispirazioni. Ci ritroviamo a marzo, un caro abbraccio a tutte e..happy stitching.

My dear blogger friends Nashville is coming so soon, on february 20-21, I can hardly wait. I'm leaving now as I would like to visit some american friends in Ohio before getting to the most famous Needlework market.
