TUSCANY RETREAT

 Hello my dear friends, I'm just back from a wonderful week in Tuscany, I was so happy and honored to be invited by Isabella at her retreat .
Carissime, eccomi di ritorno da una bellissima settimana in Toscana dove ho avuto il piacere di essere invitata a tenere una classe da Isabella splendida organizzatrice del tutto!

HANDMADE GALORE!!!!

 Hello my dear friends, I'm keeping very busy indeed making some nice handmades for you.
Those are beautiful Needle olders with a magnet on the back , you'll never lose your needle during your stitching day. Lovely victorian pictures in front glued on wood hearts or wood disks, pretty pom pom trim to decorate them.

 ....and here some little Cubes!  I've made only six of them. I've glued nice folk art portraits taken from old books, polka dot fabric, a little pattern to stitch and a real stitching made on a very fien italian hand dyed linen. They're really so sweet!!!

 ..and the last handmade are some very useful Scissors keepers or key keepers, made with card board ,I added nice treasure pins and star shape brods.

AMISH GIRL SERIES MAY - JUNE

 Hello my dear friends, hope you're doing well keeping stitching and creating. Spring is one of the best season of the year for creating, so beautiful light and colors are inspiring us!!
Today I'm ready to show you some new designs, here my Amish series Girl MAY / JUNE

 You already know the series is coming with two 'girls ' in one chart. May is a sweet little girl in the garden with bunnies around her, June is a cute little girl on a strawberry field surrounded by two very funny hens.

..and here a picture of the Girls already available.
So I hope you like them and you'll enjoy in stitching them, they are easy and so quick to make.

Buongiorno care amiche , la primavera ci ispira con i suoi colori e le sue luci, i primi fiori, i nuovi uccelli, i cieli azzurri e qualche pioggia che rinverde i nostri prati. Come vi ho prromesso eccomi qui con dei nuovi disegni per voi.
Conoscete già la serie delle Bimbe Amish e già sapete che si presentano con due bimbe in uno schema. Ora è la volta di Maggio e Giugno.
Maggio presenta una graziosa bimba in giradino alle prese con simpatici coniglietti che le tengono compagnia. Giugno raffigura una dolcissima bimba Amish circondata da simpatiche galline in un campo di fragole.
Spero vi piacciano queste due nuove bimbe. Le troverete già disponibili nei vostri negozi di ricamo.

EMBROIDERED PENDANT ON ANTIQUE BRASS

 Hello my dear friends, as I promised   on the last post here some news for you today!!!!
I stitched little designs taken from my patterns and I put them on those lovely antique brass frames, I used some pretty folkart pictures on the back and here ...those wonderful pendants. I added a brooch on them and a hand dyed silk ribbon , you can use them as brooch or  as pendant on a necklace.
They measure 1"x1" ea, and they're already on my ETSY
I just created four of them for now so make sure to have one for you!!!

 Buongiorno care amiche , come vi ho promesso nell'ultimo post eccomi qui con alcune novità che spero vi entusiasmeranno. Ho ricamato dei piccoli soggetti presi dai miei disegni  e li ho racchiusi in queste deliziose cornicette in ottone antico, vi ho aggiunto del silk ribbon tinto a mano e una spilla molto originale in modo da porterli usare sia come spille sia come ciondoli su di un nastro o una catenella.
Sul retro originali immagini vintage decorano il tutto. la cornice misura 2cm x 2 cm.
Questi splendidi ciondoli sono già su ETSY e sono solo quattro, assicuratevene uno finchè siete in tempo.

AMISH GIRLS SERIES WIP

Hello my dear friends, very busy time indeed!!!! I'm still setting kits for TWOSC 2015 second part and can hardly wait to show you the new project for the second kit.
And Amish girl series MAY/JUNE are almost ready , here some glimpse for you. I really enjoy that series and I hope you do as well.
 You already know January/ February and March / April now you're waiting for May/ June!!! And I'll be ready to distribute them in a few days!!!So stay tuned my dears and...happy stitching

Carissime, è davvero una settimana impegnativa e piena di lavoro questa.
Sto applicandomi  al secondo kit del TWOSC 2015 e ve lo mostrerò a breve ..spero, inoltre sto preparando il prossimo disegno della serie AMISH GIRLS , conoscete Gennaio / Febbraio e  Marzo /Aprile quindi siete in attesa di Maggio / Giugno e oggi vi mostro uno scorcio in modo che possiate dare una sbirciatina.
Mi piace molto questa serie, gli schemi si prestano a moltelplici applicazioni e sono veloci da ricamare...quindi, amiche, restate qui in contatto, fra pochi giorni vedrete delle belle news...e nel frattempo happy stitching                                                               XXX  NIKY.

TWOSC 2015 second kit WIP!!!!

Hello my dear friends, hope you spend a very nice Easter day with your family. Our Easter was very good indeed, all our  family was with us except my son who's still in Wales at University!!
Very sunny days but really quite cold!!!! snow on the south of Italy and very strong wind here on Lago Maggiore.
Well, dears, today I want to show you a work in progress of the second kit from TWOSC 2015, I'm enjoing so much in making it, my friend Maura came home today and she stitched a littl bit of it, so I really hope to show all the stitch in the next few days. I remind you that kit'll be ready to send only on May!!! It's all for now, but I'll be back soon...have  a splendid creative day my friends!

Carissime spero abbiate passato una Pasqua serena in famiglia, la nostra Pasqua è passata troppo velocemente in compagnia di tutta la famiglia eccetto mio figlio Cesare ancora impegnato in Università in Galles.
Oggi ho il piacere di mostrarvi un piccolo avanzamento del ricamo che ho ideato per il secondo kit del TWOSC( The world of small club), la mia amica e model stitcher Maura oggi lo ha ricamato proprio qui a casa mia e sta venendo una vera bellezza. Spero di mostrarvelo finito al più presto, vi ricordo comunque che il kit sarò pronto da spedire in Maggio.
Per oggi è tutto mie care vi auguro un felice ricamo e un arrivederci a presto.
