TOURNICOTON PINCUSHION

Alternando 'SHORE' che intanto prosegue anche se a rilento, ho ricamato questo puntaspilli su disegno di Tournicoton. Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere la deliziosa creatrice di questa compagnia, e oggi ho voluto dedicare un post a questo suo raffinato schema.

Ho poi dipinto una scatola di legno invecchiandola un pò, anche il puntaspilli è stato debitamente immerso nel caffè per fargli acquistare il suo classico tono vintage.

'SHORE' is going on little by little, in the meantime I stitched this tiny Tournicoton design. I met this sweety designer in Nivelles and I would like to dedicate her this post . The wood box was painted for getting old look and I put the pincushion in coffee for getting it vintage.

Il Filo dell'Amicizia.

Ho visitato ieri con un gruppo di amiche la mostra di Milano:'Il filo dell'Amicizia'.Abbiamo ammirato delle cose deliziose e dei veri capolavori. Le foto vi possono dare un'idea ma se riusciste ad andarci vi potreste rendere conto da sole di come come tanta passione e buon gusto abbiano dato vita ad una mostra davvero da vedere.

I capolavori saranno esposti dal 18 al 26 ott. dalle 10 alle 18 presso L'istituto delle suore Orsoline

in via Lanzone 53.

I've been in Milan yesterday to visit the crossstitch show ' Il filo dell'Amicizia'. I saw wonderfull things, they worked very hard and beautifully.

HOMESPUNELEGANCE GALORE.

Ecco ultimata la serie dedicata a Homespunelegance, da tempo avevo in mente di ricamare questi disegni, ed ora ve li presento tutti insieme. I lini che ho usato sono comuni lini bianchi che ho prontamente tinto con tè rosso e caffè dopo averli ricamati. I filati sono i solidi NPS.

That's it finally finished my Homespunelegance serie! I was thinking on that for long time and now I did it.

I used white linen and put all in coffee or red tea after stitched, I used solid NPS colors. Hope you enjoy seeing them all together.
